Appointments: We work by appointment to help minimize your time spent in the waiting room and to allow us to better plan our day. Emergencies receive top priority, followed by scheduled appointments. Walk-ins are accepted but may have a longer wait and are subject to an additional walk-in fee.
Patient Arrivals / Departures: For the safety of both clients and pets, we ask for your cooperation in making sure that dogs are leashed and cats are in secure carriers when arriving and departing from the hospital, as well as while in the waiting area.
Surgeries: Routine surgeries are done by appointment and must be scheduled ahead of time.
Payment: We require full payment at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, local checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and debit cards.
